Was our first time in but will not be our last. Jess did a great job on both my hair and my son's, and was very kind towards my daughter. She allowed her to watch what she was doing, answered queations and was very patient. I'm happy to have found a new barber!

I had a wonderful experience at The Hair Lab today. The owner did an incredible job on my haircut. Great service! Fun, modern, comfy atmosphere. Online booking is super convenient. I definitely recommend this salon!
Very disappointed. I don't know the name of the stylist I saw. I made an appointment for a wash, cut and style online with any stylist at 5:00 on a friday. I get my hair cut about once a year and have been going here for 3 or 4 years. I explained to the stylist I wanted a lot of length cut off to just below my shoulders, some layers and angling around my face. She started cutting my hair dry so I thought she was going cut off the length and then wash it as other stylists have done this but she didn't she just kept cutting, a... read more
