So I am giving this salon an honest 2 stars. When they first did my hair about 6 months ago when I first moved here it was a decent job (not as light as I wanted) but not terrible, the hair stylist was polite. It did take a very long time and during the toning process I was not given the option of sitting upright but my neck was tilted back in the hair washing tub for about 40 mins, my neck was quite sore by the end. I visited Sarah only once, she did a great job on my colour however my cut was not the best I have received. I was excited to go to my next appointment nonetheless. My grandfather unexpectedly died the day before my next scheduled appointment, I was devastated and obviously not willing to attend my appointment the following day as I had funeral arrangements and my grandmother to take care of. Sarah was an absolute dream to work with for my hair on my wedding day. A couple of weeks before the wedding, I booked a cut and style with her, and she was amazing — so easy to talk to, great at understanding what I wanted, and she made me feel so fresh and confident heading into the big day.
