I’ve been going to the Hair Lab for over a year and am constantly impressed by how talented and welcoming the team is. The time and care they put into making sure you leave feeling confident (with the healthiest hair possible) really makes them stand out. I recently hired both Jess and Brandi for my wedding to style a large group of bridesmaids and myself (8); everyone loved their hair. Not only did they nail every look, but the styles lasted all evening. The team here is simply amazing!
Sarah was an absolute dream to work with for my hair on my wedding day. A couple of weeks before the wedding, I booked a cut and style with her, and she was amazing — so easy to talk to, great at understanding what I wanted, and she made me feel so fresh and confident heading into the big day. I’ve been going to Brandi for just over a year and everytime she nails it! No matter what inspo pictures I show up she has been able to achieve it, making suggestions based on my hair type and what would work best for me. All the girls there are so friendly and welcoming. They even accommodated me bringing in my newborn. Highly recommend them to everyone!
It was my first time visiting a salon in Orangeville, and I’m so glad I found Jess. She was incredibly patient, took the time to really listen to what I wanted, and made me feel so comfortable the whole appointment. My hair turned out even better than I pictured — soft, healthy, and exactly my style. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and so thoughtfully put together. Overall, such a positive experience… I left feeling confident and already looking forward to my next visit!
I’m really disappointed with my experience. I had to cancel my appointment because I was unexpectedly in the hospital, which was completely out of my control. I contacted the salon as soon as I was able to let them know, but I was still charged a cancellation fee. I understand that businesses have policies, but there should be some level of compassion and flexibility for genuine emergencies—especially medical ones. Being penalized while dealing with a hospital visit felt unfair and left a bad impression
