I love my hair! I showed Heather a few pictures and she did a great cut, exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.
Scheduled an appointment online for the next day as my child cut her own hair and needs it fixed. It was immediately rescheduled for a half hour later which is fine. My husband took her there. Soon as they arrive for the appointment, they are told by someone else the appointment was cancelled and will need to be rescheduled but we received no notification of this prior to arrival nor did anyone bother to attempt to reschedule. Definitely won’t be going back if that’s our experience from the start.
I always leave feeling beautiful after Heather does my hair!
