I went to The Hair Emporium for the first time today for a perm. My hair is past my shoulders. Jennifer was the stylist. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. It felt like she was digging her nails into my scalp when she washed my hair. I showed her a picture of myself with my hair looking good, told her the color of rods to use, and told her how I took care of my hair. The rods were crooked without the usual neat rows.
