Beatrice is an excellent hairdresser! She manages her schedule wonderfully. The salon has improved their scheduling communication but my policy, if I schedule with a salon, is to get the cell number of my hairdresser so we can confirm or make changes if needed. Now look at this hair. I get so many compliments when I leave Beatrice's chair.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism I experienced. I called on a Monday to request a walk-in appointment and was told there was no availability, which I completely understood. I then scheduled an appointment for Tuesday with Beatriz, providing both my name and phone number. I took time out of my lunch break to be there, only for Beatriz to never show up. I can’t speak on all the hairstylists, but I can absolutely speak about one of them, Melissa. Her license needs to be removed, I got a few haircuts from her and I trusted to ask for extensions, she said she had experience and insisted instead of doing it at the salon to do it at her home so she could get the full amount. I accepted and went to her home a few weeks later where she had promised it would be real human hair and that they would last with the fusion at least 3 months if taken care of properly.
