I've been going to Hair Company USA off and on since 2010 and have zero complaints. I've never walked out and did not love my hair. I've gone to numerous other salons since the pandemic and there is no place I live more than this place. For those that accuse them of using chemicals to straighten your hair, I would disagree and guess that it is the heat from them blowing drying your hair that altered your curl pattern.
