I had an absolutely terrible experience with Robyn from "The Rooted Chair." I visited early August for a haircut and the results were disastrous. As someone with 4c hair, I was concerned when she didn't detangle my hair after shampooing and conditioning and proceeded to cut it while wet⁠ - again - without combing through it! Had a very poor experience when a stylist dyed my hair a completely different color (purple/red) when I specifically asked for only a root touch up/color match with several reference photos of the color (natural copper) on myself and others.
