Unfairly and unbelievably rude – Over the past 6 months, I've utilized the services of The Hair Company as a walk-in customer for a simple haircut. After my first few visits there, I was encouraged by Tom, the barber, to make advance appointments. On May 1st, I scheduled a 10:00 a.m. appointment and since Tom wasn't available at that time, I scheduled with one of their stylists.
