I had an appointment with Kyleigh and my expectations were beyond exceeded!! I was a bit nervous going to a new salon but she made me feel so comfortable during my appointment. I got an all over black color dye, layered cut and blowout. She took her time and made sure every detail was perfect! I am obsessed with my hair. Kyleigh was super organized and was calm and so kind! I can’t wait to see her again!!!

Had an appt at 8:45 am today. It...did not go how I expected it to. I don't know if there was a miscommunication on the way, but the reference picture I offered and what I got were wildly different. I asked for a small trim on my bangs, my face framing layers, and overall length. The face framing layers turned out fine, the overall length turned out fine, though I didn't get the layers I requested put in. Its the bangs that are my main gripe. Cecelia did my hair and makeup for an event; she was AMAZING! She’s a great listener and a true professional. My hair stayed perfect all night as did my makeup! The vibe in the Hair and Beauty Lounge is so comfortable. I highly recommend it!
Disappointed after my second visit at this salon. They called me at like 1030 am, asking if I could come at 11:30 instead of 11:00 am because the stylist was running behind. I was fine with that and didn't mind. I was coming for a base color and haircut, however the stylist (cecelia) only did my hair color and said at 1:40 pm, that she won't have time for my hair cut too. So she passed me off to her colleague (Megan, I think) who didn't actually do a hair cut with any shape or true cleanup, she just trimmed into the ends of ... read more
