Horrible experience! It was my first time here, and they completely messed up my hair. Elena cut my hair, I showed an image to Elena how I wanted my hair. But she messed it up. Then handed me off to another stylist to blow-dry and style it. And she randomly started curling my hair when it was supposed to be a blowout. She was so rough with my hair, and it honestly felt like she didn’t really know what she was doing. It seemed like she was practicing on my hair. Rona and Angela were not only professional, but also provided excellent customer service. My daughters loved their haircuts and I would definitely reccomend this place. We will be coming back here and so glad we found our forever haircut place!!! Thank you ladies for for giving us a fantastic experience!!!
