I visited this salon with high hopes and a clear reference for the color I wanted. Unfortunately, the stylist Stacy processed my hair with a noticeably incorrect color that did not match the reference at all. In an effort to fix the mistake, several chemical treatments were applied. I called and asked about a haircut they quoted $25.00. I went in got haircut was charged $45.00 no styling just a simple haircut. Bad business when you don't speak truth about pricing. I will not be a customer in the future.

I’ve been to high end salons and have never had any of them listen to what I wanted usually ending up with the same hair everywhere. Sandy took all of the critiquing well and gave me exactly what I wanted even for a risky short layered hair style. First good hair cut from a salon ever.
