Wish I could give 0 stars. On two separate occasions my appointment was canceled right before. When asked if I can come another time they ignored me. The place obviously doesn’t care about customer service nor honoring appointments. So many better salons in the area.
Got my hair done by Hazel. She’s so unprofessional, bad attitude, she seemed annoyed to be at work and annoyed that my hair was semi thick? Made me feel uncomfortable the whole appointment. Didn’t ask me about my hair, she just talked about herself the whole time. Do not book with hazel if you come here.
Fantastic staff! My favorite Hair stylists in Greenpoint! Amazing with color and blow outs. Hair bar is on point and affordable! I love Edwin and Jerry!
Jery is absolutely amazing! I only get my haircuts from her!
