Had a photo of what I wanted with my hair, got nothing like it. When I told Cam that it was not what I wanted, he got snappy and refused refund. If you look at other posts with people who don't give home five stars, he is snappy with them too. He commented that "we will never color hair tha will make the hair loose its integrity" and this is WILD for someone to say.
