A family member purchased a gift card for me and was told it would be kept at the front desk until I came in to use it. About a year later, I went in for a basic haircut and asked to use the gift card. The staff couldn’t find it and simply told me, “Too bad, it must be lost.” At no point did my family member or I receive a call, email, or any other notification about needing to pick it up or that there was any time limit for keeping it at the front desk. Wonderful experience. Nya (not sure that is spelled right) was wonderful and my hair looks awesome. She took the time to apply her skills. Definately going back. Honestly the best haircut I think I have ever had.
