It was a very nice hotel stay here for my family vacation! (Visiting Solvang and Santa Barbara) Everyone was so very professional and accommodating. One specific person who was so very kind was Andrew at the front desk. He was very efficient and professional, too with our asks. Thank you so much Hadsten Solvang!!!
Great choice for accommodation in Solvang. Stayed one night. Location is within walking distance of shops and restaurants in town. Plenty of free parking. Rooms are modern, updated, and large. Check in was very fast. Nice bar with good selection of beer on tap, can even play table tennis and cornhole on the bar patio. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful!
Terrible value for money, and not in center of town. You have to drive to get central. We paid nearly $400 for one night, and it’s just a basic hotel I’d expect to pay $200 tops for - nothing luxurious or unique. Service was terrible. Paid extra $50 for breakfast that ended up just being a bottled juice from concession rack and continental style yogurt, oatmeal, or bagel… unreal. Last month, these liars accused me of smoking in my room. 20 years and over 500 stays at Hilton Hotels, not once was I accused of smoking in the room or violating any policy. When I confronted the manager, she went to her office and walked back out with dirt on a blank piece of paper, implying it was the tobacco found in my room. Unbelievable! I assured them that I wouldn’t be paying their stupid fee and I held true to my word, because the charges were reversed. What a horrible staff.
