Hadley North Scottsdale used to be great, before new management took over. In the 3 or so years I lived there, it went very downhill. It's the cheapest within a lucrative area, which is appealing - but you'll get exactly that, cheap. I lived in two apartments within the complex and battled frat style parties during the day and night which made my situation unlivable. After asking an apartment to turn down their music during a day party with good-intentions to find a workable solution for everything -- the situation escalate... read more
