Hadley North Scottsdale used to be great, before new management took over. In the 3 or so years I lived there, it went very downhill. It's the cheapest within a lucrative area, which is appealing - but you'll get exactly that, cheap. I lived in two apartments within the complex and battled frat style parties during the day and night which made my situation unlivable.
