My wife and I began working with Randy (one of the leasing professionals) in July, planning our big move from New York to Florida. He went above and beyond to give us details and additional photos from the available rooms. We arrived to The Hadley this weekend and were greeted by Randy and Maria. Their hospitality and professionalism is top-notch. Great service and an amazing "resort like" apartment community. The amenities are more than we could have asked for, and the views are breathtaking. 5 Stars is not enough!!!!!
This review is for prospective tenants. My experience at The Hadley Apartments has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Far from the excellent "first impression" they strive to give to get you to sign, the reality is abysmal and nonexistent management service. Once you become a resident, the service becomes appalling. I have been meaning to write Randy a thank you note but after seeing that reviews may make his day more than a private letter - HERE WE GO. Randy made moving into the Hadley the most seamless moving experience I have ever had. I came here today to tour two different floor plans with my best friend. Maria helped us and showed us all of the amenities and the apartments. She said she’d only been working for two weeks but you couldn’t have noticed! She was so friendly and helpful, she was very clear and I didn’t feel like anything was being hidden or not explained.
