The place looks very nice, but it’s only a façade. It is not truly livable. You can hear all the neighbors’ noise, and you can’t even walk without disturbing the downstairs neighbor. You pay rent, yet they even control who can visit you—it’s terrible. For the price you pay in that apartment with so many restrictions, you might as well rent a house, which would be the same or even cheaper. Great amenities beautiful apartment but internet goes out almost every month for at least an entire day. Also there are bugs constantly and there could be more upkeep on pressure washing the apartment exteriors
This place is beautiful, the apartments and the amenities are nice, but they have such huge problems, the internet is quantum fiber the cables are all underground with the amount of construction in the area and the fact that this is a flood zone there internet goes out several times a months for the whole entire day. It's affected me so much since I work from home, and the other downside is the amount of bugs, there's so much flies, roaches, ants, rats, spiders you name it in this community, I've found roaches in my bed, ins... read more
