They have started to manage a condo in Chicago recently. They are not at all customer friendly. It is our condo but they act like we are renting from them. No condo association should use them as a management company!!
There not a good company they have no care or concern for there tenants.

they have roaches bad inside this building. Rita one of the managers are rude always have an attitude along with the other lady in the back. they have an exterminator every two months throughout the year that’s how bad they roaches are. don’t move in this unit!
