One of the most uncomfortable restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. I made a simple request to swap ranch for honey mustard and add cheese, fully expecting to pay for the cheese. Instead of handling it professionally, the manager approached with a condescending attitude and repeatedly lectured both me and the employee about charging for it.
