I was reluctant to give it a five rating because of the cost, butt thats not gonna keep me from going back
We had a very disappointing experience at this Habit Burger location. The woman who appeared to be the manager was rude and not paying attention while taking our order, which caused her to miss part of it. My husband had to place a second order because of her mistake, and instead of handling the situation politely, she made him feel even worse. Food is great, place is clean but the staff seem miserable. Does the habit not train people to have a little customer service? Or is it the work conditions? Either way a smile goes a long way when you’re handing people money for food.
