Had an amazing experience with Lucas, he was very welcoming, he also made some recommendations and recommended we try a chocolate cookies n cream shake. Absolutely loved it. Thank you Lucas for such a good experience and a good laugh after a long day!
It's Saturday afternoon, I'm hangry. I like Habit Burger usually, but this experience was just awful. I get that it can get busy, but it wasn't crazy busy at the time. I arrive, peek the menu, step up to the counter. In the past, they had several people ready to greet you and take your order. But since they put in kiosks for ordering, that person was too busy to take orders. He told me "I can't help you at the counter", which is understandable to a degree, but still frustrating to hear.
