Picked up a take out order for my sons b day dinner. He’d been talking bout how habit was all he wanted all week. The staff let us know the milk shake machine was down, said they would process a refund after offering a soda cup as alternate. No biggie, but the real problem was the two missing fries from our 2 meal upgrades and the fact there were zero utensils in the take out (maybe were supposed to get those ourselves, idk) then when you try to call the restaurant to make it right, the AI doesn’t allow you to talk to the ma... read more
