I normally really like this place, but I had a horrible experience here today. I placed an app order and made a mistake about one of the substitutions. I asked if i could have a replacement. They told me i made a mistake on the app. I apologized as kindly as possible, and asked if there was a way to get a replacement. I just wish they would have said no or made me buy a new one.
