The people at this place literally don’t know how to read or make an order correctly. Horrible service and god forbid they give you and extra ranch for free.

Edit: Came here after being so disappointed without the LAX sepulveda location. Management makes all the difference. 1 hour before closing and they have tea lemonade the food is fresh made the workers are friendly and not trying escape for the night. Very awesome experience, this is how you run a Habit. Thank you
Very disappointed. I waited 15 minutes for just one cheeseburger, even though the dining room was completely empty. There was no reason for such a long wait. The food may be good, but the service was far too slow for such a simple order. I hope management improves their speed and customer service.
