I'll never get the hype about this place. Burgers are fine...above average for a chain but nothing close to many local "hole-in-the-wall" places. But the fries often come out soggy and sad. They're frequently out of peppers and ice in the soda machine. A simple double cheeseburger meal, which already feels overpriced north of $15, gets nickeled and dimed to over $20 if you want any other toppings or even ranch for your fries.
