Tried the steak sandwich with sweet potato fries. The meat was ok, albeit not so flavorful. The fries were a bit soggy.
Went from a 4 star to a 1 star. Visited evening of 10/10/2025 and ordered the $10 habit meal. The sandwich beef patty was lukewarm, when I bite into it and the patty was still pink (undercooked). The manager said it’s lukewarm because of the lettuce and tomato and she mentioned some people like the patty to be cooked medium rare. I didn’t know I needed to ask them to cook my patty to medium, etc
This is very true that this location, the staff are always friendly and really make everything so perfect. I have stopped going to in n out. Habit burger is so much better and fresh.
It’s a really great burger place, especially those gotta have it deals! The cashier Naomi and Priscilla were so welcoming and helpful. Brought really great atmosphere to this joint. Would come again
