Bad experience. Messed up my order and food was not good. I see why it was empty there

The food was not great. The fries were not fresh. The burger was dry. They forgot to put extra cheese on top of that after we spent $50 on our food. They still wanted to charge us a whole dollar for a small cup of ranch. That’s the whole reason why we go to habit! They have good ranch, but even if you’re a returning customer that spends a lot of money, the manager was charging us a dollar for a small ranch cup. Do you know how many ranches we go through?
