ZERO stars !!! Happened Saturday 9/14. I never write a negative comment, I try to be positive. Make this short as possible: My kids wanted the Habit. Went thru the drive thru, ordered 2 kids meals, received 2 bags, pulled out at 958p. Discovered 1 bag did not have fries. At 10pm I'm at the front door knocking, telling them I didn't get my fries. Normally like habit burger. This is the third time in a row that this location doesn’t have pride in or care what they are producing. This trip, ordered a double char with cheese and teriyaki burger. Both burgers come out wrong. Advise the lady at the counter, she seems clueless as to what the issue was. Look at the ticket, look at the burgers. Service is ridiculously slow. Mind you there’s no one even here like it’s not even rush hour. and the employees are rude
Place was dirty, no clean tables, had to wipe it off myself. Restroom dirty with trash on floor. Burger had grilled onions I did not request, tomato was unripe and hard so I had to remove it from the burger. The burger just tasted kind of "off", not like the usual great Habit burgers. They messed up my wife's veg burger, she ordered no sauce on burger, sauce on the side, they put it on the burger, no side. Fries had some uncooked fries in the order.
