I placed an order at the kiosk, specifically customizing one item for no tomato and no BBQ sauce, and another for just no BBQ sauce. When the food arrived, the order was wrong. I kindly took it back to the counter, but instead of fixing it, the staff began to argue with me, claiming the second customization didn't show up on their system. I've been going to Habit for a couple years now and it's one of my favorite burger spots. I'm not a fan of the regular cheeseburgers, but their Santa Barbara, with avocado, caramelized onions, tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, and cheese on grilled sourdough, is addicting.
