My first time ordering at this location my kids burgers were burnt they went in the trash waste of money I always go to the Kennewick location they never gave us burnt burgers
This place just has really good burgers. The fries are tasty. The drinks don't taste watered down like most places. Over all good quality food. The salads are delicious too!! My go to has always been the santa bárbara char:)
Habit burger was a staple for me in Seattle. This is my 3rd time at this location here in Richland and both times were 25-30 minutes just waiting in the drive through. Whatever their barrier to quicker service I can’t wait for it to be sorted out. Don’t have time for 30-40 minutes to drive to and stop through here if I want lunch.
Pay extra for teriyaki sauce on a teriyaki burger, get none at all. Pay for a combo/drink, get no drink. Remove onions, sandwich still comes with onions. I'm genuinely shocked at how bad this place is.
