Customization of burgers not applied. Picked up app order and got home without condiments or correct order. Disappointing.
I visited this location around 2:00 PM, and it was very busy with both the dining room and drive-thru full. Despite how busy they were, Jasmine greeted me as soon as I walked in and made me feel very welcome. The restaurant was clean, including the restroom, which I really appreciated. My food came out quickly, and everything was a great experience. The staff did an amazing job, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
It was my first time here, and the manager, Melissa, recommended the Santa Barbara Char. It was absolutely delicious! The customer service was amazing, and everyone was so friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back!
