I was there yesterday and ordered the new Korean chicken bites, fries and a blue wave shake that the manger recommended. the food was great!!! to say the least everything she recommended was perfect. she was very friendly and was talking to the guests. I did notice that there was a man giving her a hard time about a coupon that threaten her with calling corporate but she was being kind and respectful. seeing the way he was treating her i would not have responded the way she did. she was very professional and tried to help hi... read more
The manager was consistently rude and unprofessional when interacting with customers. Her attitude created an uncomfortable environment, and it was clear that many people were unhappy with how they were treated. Instead of being helpful or respectful, she often came across as dismissive. If i were owner of this place, I would definitely train her or let her go since her attitude hurting business. never come back to this place.
