As a grandmother deeply concerned about child welfare, I attempted to share important evidence of abuse concerns with Attorney Adam Haba’s office. I personally mailed a packet of documents for his review. Later, in open court, Mr. Haba stated under oath that he did not read the materials and even testified that he discarded the packet in the garbage out of fear it might contain poison. This is my personal experience and opinion, protected under the First Amendment.
