Dr. Williams is a great doctor and I would recommend her. I wish I could continue seeing her but the staff has made me feel as if I'm being avoided with my questions, they do not listen to my concerns going on with my insurance, they had the wrong insurance info for me and the IUD I requested has taken over two months to receive and I still have not received it. It's been more of a bother on my end to get ahold of them then anything. Sadly I will not be returning here as it seems I'm not a valued patient.
I have much to say about this place but I do not at the same time. For sometime I wanted to visit this institute only to be Disappointed beyond measure.
Dr. Williams is an exceptional Doctor.I feel like a new woman after having surgery. The doctor is very knowledgable. I have found a great doctor. Thank You
I was so grateful for my experience at The Gynecology Institute of Chicago. I have never been more comfortable at a doctor's office in my life. Dr. Williams was very patient and thorough I am so pleased with my experience I had to pull over my car after my appointment and share my positive experience.
