Best gym in Dallas and my “happy place” for the past few years while living in Dallas. I highly recommend this gym to all who are looking for a place where the workouts are challenging and effective AND where the members and coaches are welcoming and kind. Dropped in for a workout over Thanksgiving weekend. Coach and the community were very welcoming. Plenty of equipment typical of a CrossFit style gym. Gym is clean and well maintained. No issues parking (I parked on the street.) Look forward to coming back!
