I've worked with Joel for 10+ years, his way of personalizing my workout for my needs and help with my diet and nutrition has been a great help getting myself where I want to be. Working out at The Gym is like being with friends it's very welcoming and people are always willing to help teach even if they're working out themselves.
Exactly the kind of gym I like working out at. It’s a clean, big open space, that doesn’t feel like you’re tripping over people when it’s busy. And the other people there are there to just get a good workout too.
The Gym is amazing! It’s the most unique fitness club I have ever been to! The owner Joel is awesome and will create workouts based around your fitness level! The equipment is all high end and everyone who is a member is respectful and courteous! Thanks for everything!
Their google site said they were open until 11pm. Me and my buddy arrived at 8:00 excited to get a good lift in. There was not a soul in site, nothing on the website about closing early and nothing posted on the actual building.
