I signed up thinking I was getting the month-to-month membership for $80. When it came time to pay, I was asked to sign a keypad to authorize the payment—so I did. A month later, I noticed a $60 charge on my card. When I called to find out why, I was told I had signed up for a yearly contract and would need to pay $200 upfront to cancel. I was never given any contract to review, and the keypad I signed on didn’t even allow you to scroll or read anything.

This location has terrible customer service from the manager. I got charged after my year membership was over even though I spoke to a manager and team member confirming the cancellation of my contract. I called 6 separate times and left two messages asking for the manager to give me a call back and they refused to speak to me to try to resolve the issue. The girls in the front desk are very friendly and attentive! Any concerns I’ve have it always gets resolved by their manager Debra Facility is always clean . I once lost my AirPod in the stairmaster and even the maintenance man helped me get it really fast. The environment is always so welcoming I would 100% recommend
