Tons of equipment. Friendly staff. Has everything you need here! The personal trainers are great. I feel much healthier since I began going here.

The Gym Lakewood is basically the place you go when you’re ready to “get in shape”… and also when you’re ready to pretend you’re just stopping in for “a quick workout” (and then somehow you’re there long enough to make friends with a treadmill). First thing I love: it’s clean, organized, and runs smoothly. The equipment is solid, there’s plenty of space, and it doesn’t have that chaotic “everyone fighting for one dumbbell” energy.
