Really nice workers there! Equipment is old but most stuff work. I used to go to a men's gym in Israel and everything was new and was to work/ adjust. If this gym would get new equipment it would be the best!
Amazing class with Wehmar! Such a well-thought-out total-body workout, strategically designed to target all the major muscle groups. I really appreciated how each exercise had a purpose and how the entire workout came together. Challenging, effective, and a great balance of strength, endurance, and core work!
