This gym is amazing! Nice spacious little gym and everyone is awesome here! To be honest, I think its the cleanest gym I ever seen!!!! It has everything you need to get you in shape! Another thing i want to say is taylor(owner) is wonderful and her attitude is so positive and geniune. Great at communicating and she is what makes this gym just spectacular! If you are looking for gym, I highly recommend coming here and giving it a try!!!!!!

Great gym, clean and well organized. Was going to planet fitness in Middletown but it’s overcrowded now. Plus this gym is one of the few I’ve found in the area with a belt squat, hip thrust, hack squat, and seated calf extension. Has everything you will ever need whether it’s just cardio, high intensity workouts or heavier lifting. Glad I made the switch!
