Upscale, Clean, Diverse Clientele I've been working out at The Gym for almost 3 years now, since shortly after it opened in Englewood. Previously I had been a member of Crunch in Manhattan and had also briefly tried out Training Grounds in Teaneck NJ. Compared to Crunch, The Gym was a bit of a shock. The decor is in neutral tones, and the energy comes from the people working out, not the decor.
