RecommendedCk has been an amazing Trainer for me since March. As pretty as I look before we start. I have cussed,negotiated,and whined through the hour. The results are worth the effort, The Gym staff is the best. It's a comfortable space for newbies like myself that get to be inspired to build a better me due to the great people that are around to help. I'm in no way a gym rat.
