RecommendedI don't know Kathleen but she runs a clean and up to date gym. You won't find better value from a gym membership anywhere. She was nice to my girlfriend and I the two times we've talked and she set up auto payment in a couple of minutes so we don't have to worry about when we can pay for our memberships. Cheaper than everywhere else with no contract.

A PERFECT SMALL TOWN, LOCALLY OWNED GYM. As a business traveler, I seek out small, locally owned gyms like this to keep in shape while I'm on the road. I've found this one on my stops in Vicksburg to be notches above the rest in quality of equipment, well managed, accessible, and affordable. This is a Gem of a Gym! Has plenty of equipment and all types, people are friendly, kept clean and very affordable. I love this place❤️
