Great Gym, I have a membership, I wish I could say that I was as active as I should be going and all, but I am not! While I was going I had a great time. Audra was the best trainer that I have had the pleasure working with! During the sessions that we had I think I had muscles being used that I had no idea I even had! Thanks!

I've been going to The Gym for many years, infact I've gone since it was Hans. I LOVE the 24 access, the employees and clientele but other than that I've been increasingly disappointed this past year. I don't feel comfortable while I'm there, don't do this, don't wear that, and now the new note up threatening ALL members not just the few doing wrong. Every time I go I feel like there is a new rule. Not to mention I feel like a gym should be supportive of your fitness plight, by posting motivational posters and quotes. Yes la... read more
So far no issues. I understand the noise rules because there are other businesses. I do however wish they had Trx bands and I sooooo wish they had an updated stair stepper or even get a second one. I would also suggest everyone go see samara as a personal trainer. I have a lot of clients that go to her and love her �

I have always been a fan of the gym but could not attend for a while because of schedule, but now that they 24h lm in heaven. It has a home type feeling and I never feel rushed or uncomfortable
