Did a great job
They were very timely, their estimate matched. They advised how the work would be completed. The men showed on time, were very efficient and cleaned up after they finished. Very satisfied with the workmanship and the gutters are working great.
This will now be the third time out for them. We keep getting 'waterfalls' OVER the gutter rather than the rain going INTO the gutter. This last time, it poured into a window well and into our basement. On the other hand, they were quick to come out to TRY to fix the problem. They just can't seem to fix the problem.
From the beginning I really appreciated the customer service from Gutter Guys. Unfortunately, when it came to installment, they littered our property with the old gutters and didn't get rid of them! I had to call and complain and asked them to come and remove all the old gutters that were laying all over my yard and deck. The lady on the phone was really nice and they came out the next day and cleaned everything up. this should have just been taking care of from the beginning. I will not be using their service again.
They were very responsive during my inquiry, once hired they kept us informed and performed the work ahead of schedule. The work was done quickly and professionally and of quality. I would recommend them to others needing work done.
They worked on a Saturday and completed the project as promised.
Still waiting to schedule the work. But up to the point very professional when at the house. So far a great experience
