Horrible service, work, and everything bad. Took my money. Never finished job. What he did do was the worst I've seen. He agreed to return a portion of my money. Never did. You have been warned. I've learned my lesson. I hope you dont have to. Nothing but promises from jim cigler. Next step for me is court.
