Gutter Gorilla was GREAT with the install and communication, etc.... Fast forward less than 1 year when we are still in warranty, I had some questions come up and when I reach out, they are SILENT. Even a direct call to the cell phone of the representative, Sean, who we worked closely with is eliciting no response. Had our gutters cleaned today and the crew was great! They did a thorough job, and even discovered some roof shingles that were missing from the last storm and made sure I was aware to prevent future issues. Thank you Nathan for being an awesome human!
Installation looks good at first glance but getting a response to problems I found has been awful. I send them an email and I get no response for a week. I call and leave a message and get no response so I have to keep calling until I get a person to answer. I've found 2 of the gutters didn't drain in the correct direction and several hanger screws that didn't get driven into the wood.
Make sure you present your coupons up front to the sales rep. We did have a dispute but came to an amicable solution. Shout out to the production supervisor for reaching out to handle the situation.
