Plays too many cat and mouse games. No reliable communication, staff cancels appointment on the same day. Procrastinates weeks later to reschedule. Very disrespectful to one’s time.
I do not recommend the Mount Vernon location. Your time will be wasted. Poor communication and not dependable to reach the end goal. Left with no results due to unreliability. Now I have to find another center.

The guidance center helps me out every way they can. They are professional, welcoming and patient! I’m new to their program and I am excited to see what tools i can learn here for my future.
I took my nephew there and I’m telling you don’t go to this center. They collect your insurance and assigned us to a psychiatrist that was definitely not sober. They are the worst don’t take your love ones there 😞
