I Highly, Highly, recommend both Brayden Keeler and Rachel Gascho. In fact, I cannot recommend them both enough. I was fortunate enough to live close enough to the center to attend the group first, and then received counseling with two different therapists. Once I moved too far away, I continued therapy by phone. Having done counseling off and on for 20 years and only getting worse in PTSD symptoms, getting diagnosed with ADHD and autism, and then therapy with an actually autistic person was life altering for me. The therapists and coaches from the ADHD and Spectrum Centre are wonderful people. They are very focused and driven to help those of us with neurodivergance. Attending the weekly and monthly group meetings was wonderful because it was the first time that I got to be in a group of people where I could just be my weird self and it wasn't weird Also, they introduced me to a variety of fidget toys and those have been a wonderful addition to my life 🪀
Alina is an empathetic listener who challenges you and keeps you accountable. She provided peace and understanding in times of chaos.
Therapist were very attentive.
