Phone system does not work. I have called two separate times from two devices and they send you on a loop. The information posted on the FMCSA sends you to a group of people that claim that have nothing to do with TGCofNAUSA. I called last week to file a claim the lady told me to send an email. I emailed them with the policy number on the subject line and she emailed asking for the policy number. I emailed them twice again asking for a status and there was no answer.
