Gryff was great for the time I was there. You can hardly hear anyone when in your apartment! Maybe when they walk by your door. The building was always clean and the landscaping was beautifully maintained. My partner and I bought a house and had some time left on our lease. Katie was absolutely amazing in helping us find a subleaser and made em the transition a breeze!
The Gryff apartments are beautiful and have a great location in Rochester. Katie makes the leasing experience easy. Highly recommend The Gryff!!
The worst experience of renting landlords are horrible Pet friendly...if you call killing your dog due to the landlords lack of maintenance pet friendly. My dog died due to landlords lack of upkeep in the hvac system of apt. And the landlords never ever apologized of even acknowledged what they did. Never rent from these people I believe they own other properties beware Below was my dottie
