Unprofessional, illegal actions against former tenants, did not provide us with deposit itemization but took entire deposit... need I say more?
I had the wonderful experience of working for the Grupe Co. in the very early 80s. It was a great place to work, wonderful people. I had the privilege of working directly for Fritz and his then-assistant, Margie Barnes. It changed my life in the best possible way. I'm deeply grateful still to this day for all I learned while working there.
My family has lived in Grupe homes since the 70's. We have loved the Grupe Co, the family and their homes! They have always been a strong, highly reputible builder. I have and always will recommend buying a home from Grupe. In addition to their great business they have given back so much to the Stockton community.
I had the opportunity to not only work for The Grupe Company, but spend a part of my time growing up in Stockton there. My parents met at The Grupe Company and my mom still works there over 25 years later. Since I was born, I have walked up and down the halls of Grupe's office many times.
